Hahndorf Hill Blueblood Blaufränkisch 2018

Hahndorf Hill was the first in Australia to plant Blaufrankisch back in the 1990's. It's a late ripening variety - hence its success in the cooler Adelaide Hills climate. It's a wonderfully fragrant and supple wine that gets better each release.

This latest version of their cult red, created from the prestige Austrian red grape variety, Blaufrankisch, is extraordinarily smooth and fine on the palate with a superb and elegant tumble of blue-brambly fruit, and a brush of gently textured tannin.
