Returns – Wine Club Wines

We guarantee the quality of all wines included in the Jim Murphy Online Cellars Wine Club dozens. If you are at all unhappy with a Wine Club order we will cheerfully refund the fullpurchase price (minus the cost of delivery) upon return of at least ten unopened bottles from the dozen with the purchaser being responsible for the cost of return freight. 

Returns – All Other Products

In the event you receive the wrong product we will happily refund your money or exchange the product. If the product is required to be returned we will cover the cost of the return freight. In all other cases we will only accept returns in the case of the product being faulty(i.e. suffering from cork taint) and the customer will be responsible for the cost of the return freight.

Breakages

If you receive your delivery with one or more bottles broken, simply let us know within 2working days of the date of delivery and Jim Murphy Online Cellars will issue you with an account credit equal to the price paid by you for the broken bottle(s).

Handling of Wine

Please note that a full case of wine weighs more than 16kg. Therefore, we strongly recommend that our customers take extra care when lifting deliveries. If you are concerned at all about the weight, we suggest that you transfer the bottles one or two at a time.
