A beautifully aromatic wine with dusty mulberries and plush leather on the nose. “Restraint” and “Elegant” are its calling cards. The body is rich and can be described as medium to full. The balance and seamless nature are extraordinary given that it’s 100 % pure Cabernet Sauvignon. Soft, plush and long with mulberry, black currants and a finish that is extraordinarily long. A seductively textured wine. A wine that will give many a lot of pleasure.

The grapes for the dry grown Palladian Cabernet Sauvignon were especially selected from the best section of the vineyard. These vines have been leaf plucked and shoot thinned. We harvested and sorted the fruit by hand. This wine is entirely made in the barrel without any stainless-steel contact at any point. This makes for seamless integration of fruit and oak, delivering a wine that is elegant and restrained but full of flavor and texture.
