The schnapps that is best known in Australia. Most of the butterscotch schnapps available in Australia is quite sweet due to having sugar added. The way in which Wildbrumby get their sweetness is by caramelizing apples so it is smoother as opposed to extremely sweet.
Palate:
It’s fantastic on top of vanilla ice cream, mixes well with coffee or just milk, is best known with Baileys in a drink called a ‘Cowboy’.
