Made in a classic Provençal style bone dry with lifted flavours of strawberries and red cherries. Nepenthe Pinot Noir Rosé displays some rich yet elegant characters of strawberries and cream. The palate has great mouthfeel that wraps around a pristine lengthy acid line. This dry wine is a perfect wine to enjoy chilled on a warm summers day. The Pinot Noir Fruit was picked in the cool of the night and pressed as soon as it arrived at the winery. The juice was then clarified. Two different yeast strains were added to the juice to ensure a wine of great fruit lift and mouthfeel.
