The Saint Joseph François de Tournon 2015 is a great wine from Maison Delas. It is a signature wine of the house in the heart of one of the southern appellations of the Rhone Valley.
This wine is made from grapes coming from the terroirs of Vion, Saint Jean de Muzols, Mauves and Tournon. The wines are all exclusively Syrah, whose plots are selected by the house and manually harvested terroir by terroir at optimal maturity. The vatting lasts approximately 20 days with manual pigeages and pumping over.
