The Sparkling Brut Rosé NV has a new look!
Blush pink colour with delicate notes of berries; complex palate with nougat and strawberries flavours. It is drinking beautifully now and will also reward cellaring for the next 2 to 4 years.
This wine is a blend of different parcels of Pinot Noir 56%, Chardonnay 33% & Pinot Meunier 11%, from cool climate vineyards. All fruit was hand picked and gently whole bunch pressed to minimise contact between the juice and the grape skins and seeds.
